AkvaStop

AquaStop is a waterproofing functional coating, made with the latest nanotechnology. The product is made on a water basis, ecological product. Intended for hydrophobic impregnation of porous, mineral surfaces (concrete, tile, brick, block, etc.). Can be used for all types of roof, wall and floor mineral surfaces where hydro protection is needed.
AquaStop coating is a clear liquid with a pH value of 11-13. If applied in a higher concentration, bleaching may occur on the surface, to avoid this it should be used in smaller quantities. Aquastop can be applied in 1, 2 or 3 layers, but provided that all layers are applied for a maximum duration of 30 minutes. With proper use, the material does not change the color of insulated surfaces and remains completely transparent.
Consumption mostly depends on the porosity of the surface and can vary from 200ml / m2 to 800ml / m2.
The material is easy to apply and can be applied with a brush, sprayer, roller or by immersing the objects that are treated with AquaStop.
After insulating the surfaces, it is necessary to spend 24 hours for the surface to get the necessary hydrophobic properties, although the initial effects are noticed a few hours after application.
It is especially important that this waterproofing material can be used as an additive in the production of certain materials (bricks, blocks, tiles) or applied later on already laid surfaces.
The packages are adapted to the needs of the consumers and can be from 10 l, 20 l, 100 l, 200 l and 1000 l.
The material should be stored in a dry and dark place, above 5 ° C degrees, actually it should not freeze, because in case of freezing it would partially or completely lose its hydrophobic properties.
Aquastop can be stored for 12 months before use.
