Products that can be obtained from these decorative stones are:

PICTORIAL PLASTER – KULIRPLAST

For this purpose, natural or colored mineral crystals are used, which can have a grain size of 0.5 mm – 2 mm. Waterproof and UV resistant for outdoor and indoor use.
The packaging of this product can be in polyethylene bags of 20 kg and 1 ton.
Acrylic-based adhesives for internal and external use are used to connect this material.
The packaging of the glue is in plastic cans of 16 l
For this purpose, luminous minerals and crystals in different sizes and colors can be used as additional products in the plastic mortar, which absorb light from natural and artificial sources during the day, and emit it during the whole night. This type of pebble is a light accumulator that can be used for more than 50 years.
Packaging can be in polyethylene bags of 1 kg, 5 kg and 20 kg.

Method of Preparation and Application of Plastic Mortar Kulirplast

For one dose of 25 kg – bucket of plastic mortar is used:
• 20 kg of pebbles of different sizes and colors of your choice
• 5 kg of binder – acrylic glue
• 5-10% luminous luminescent stone of your choice
All the previously prepared products are mixed together and a pictorial mosaic plaster is obtained – kulirplast, from different mixes with colors and sizes of pebbles of your choice.

TYPES OF PEBBLES FOR INDOOR AND OUTDOOR FLOORS STONE CARPET

The materials used to make a stone carpet are recommended to be made of quartz or river stone due to their strength and they can be colored or natural with a size of 5-10 mm.
The packaging of this type of material can be 20 kg or 1 ton.
The binding material – adhesive is polyurethane-based for the production of stone carpet for internal and external application. This binder is a two-component polyurethane glue that is used in a 1:1 ratio of A and B components.
The packaging of these components is in plastic bins or barrels of 20 kg or 200 kg and is used approximately in an amount of 10% in relation to the total mass that is prepared for the floor, i.e. 1 kg of adhesive per 13 kg of stone.
Also, for this type of floor, you can use luminous pebble, which is placed in the previously prepared mix of ordinary, natural or colored stone and polyurethane binder. Luminous pebbles can be added from 5-10% of the total mass for floors that have an effect like a starry sky at night. This floor is prepared according to the choice of the consumers.

Way To Prepare Materials For Stone Carpet

For a floor – a stone carpet with an area of 1 m2 and a thickness of 1 cm, on a pre-prepared substrate, approximately is required from:
– 10-15 kg of pebble, natural or colored
– 1 liter of binder – polyurethane glue and
– if necessary, 5% sparkling pebble can be added for a starry sky effect
Usually, this kind of mix is prepared in a concrete mixing machine for 3-5 minutes, when a stone of the size and color of your choice is first placed, and then the binder is placed, and this prepared material is placed on the previously prepared surface for making a stone carpet , and then with a trowel it is brought to a flat surface, but you should pay attention to the working time because after 1 hour the same material is already unusable. These types of floors can be monochromatic, multi-colored mosaic, or cut into surfaces with various geometric shapes, and all this can be spiced up with sparkling pebbles to achieve the effect of a starry sky.
